How ARE THE PRINTS OR PAINTINGS DELIVERED?

All prints are delivered rolled in a tube via UPS. Originals under 48” are shipped as is on the stretcher bars via UPS (insured). Any originals 48” and over are shipped rolled in a tube via UPS (insured).

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Pieces listed on my shop ship for free. Custom pieces and commission's shipping price is calculated based on weight of each item and will be part of the quote estimated.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the order returned to us. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact me. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

What are your general turnaround times?

Originals and prints are shipped within 2-5 business days.

Commission turnaround time depends on the current list, detail of the piece, and my availability.
